Is black mold dangerous?

Any mold growth indoors should be handled carefully, especially for people with allergies, asthma or weak immune systems. Talk to your doctor about health concerns.

Does insurance cover mold?

Many California policies limit mold coverage, often tied to a covered water loss. Check your policy; we document it either way.

Can I just bleach it?

Bleach doesn't fix the moisture and can't reach mold inside drywall. Small surface spots on hard surfaces are different from mold inside a wall.
